Solution: You can see a user in CRM only - after it is created in office365. - this user can login only after MS CRM license is assigned in office365 - a security role is assigned in MS CRM Find explanation in subsequent steps. 4] goto office365 and Assign MS Dynamics CRM license to YOURSELF Goto portal.office365.com Admin tab> office365 USERS> Active Users Double click on current user [which is YOU] settings> You can’t edit your own security settings. By default YOU are the Global administrator. licenses> Assign MS Dynamics CRM license to YOURSELF. [After you assign this license to the user, you must assign a SECURITY ROLE so that the user can access your DYNAMICS CRM organization. YOU or any other CRM administrator will be instructed to do so the next time you sign in to Dynamics CRM.] Save. 5] goto office365 and create a NEW user and assign both Office 365 and MS Dynamics CRM Online licenses and see what happens when you login to office365 portal and crm.dynamics.com Goto portal.office365.com Admin tab> office365 USERS> Active Users click on + [New] 6] goto office365 and create a NEW user and THIS TIME DO NOT assign both Office 365 and MS Dynamics CRM Online licenses and see what happens when you login to office365 portal and crm.dynamics.com
