You can see a user in CRM only

CRM license to YOURSELF
Goto
portal.office365.com
Admin
tab> office365
USERS>
Active Users
Double
click on current user [which is YOU]
settings>
You can’t edit your own security settings. By default YOU are the Global
administrator.

Assign MS Dynamics CRM license to YOURSELF.
[After you assign this license to the user,
you must assign a SECURITY ROLE so that the user can access your
DYNAMICS CRM organization.
YOU or any other CRM administrator will be instructed to do so the
